Some may think I use this as a way to just get out and enjoy my time with the boys while taking lovely hikes, and they would be right. I do take books for story times and sketch pads, in case a moment of inspiration hits. These are my favorite days, these are the days where teaching and learning are natural. This is when some of our best work is done. And some days, we just enjoy some exercise and fresh air with friends.
Meadowdale Park
A little trek through the wetlands yesterday. We collected samples of bark and pond water to view under the microscope. During Nature Story Time (that’s just what we’re calling it) we read Roxaboxen, it was a perfect story to enjoy outside.
