The first 2 days of school have been awesome! I was nervous that it would be hard to get back into our routine, but we just fell right back in. We started our first day by playing all morning! The boys dressed up and ran around outside in the rain, while I cleaned up the house. After lunch, I sat down with Chase and explained my expectations- he understood and agreed. I was still skeptical… will he do what he is suppose to do? Drum roll please… HE DID!!! The first two days have been awesome! And by awesome, I mean uneventful- no meltdowns, complaining, big sighs, none of it!!! Chase did his work, no complaints! And, he was engaged! I am knocking on wood as I type!
