Chase loves Science. He also loves to blow things up. This is what happens when you put a bar of Ivory soap in the microwave for 3 minutes. Chase was tearing it apart, as it deflated while cooling, and he said “this feels like toilet paper”. It sorta did! Then we decided to see what would happen if we added water to the mixture and put it back in the microwave. Well, it bubbles of course! You would think we would have known that if we added water to soap, it would make bubbles. The food coloring was just for kicks. Like all of the experiments we do, we messed with it until it was just a big, runny, pile of goo.
